Brenda N. Trumper

Brenda was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. She was baptized as an infant and grew up in the church, but did not surrender her life to the Lord until just prior to the turn of the millennium. Since that time, Brendas endeavored to seek the Lord with all her heart, growing in passion for the Lord and his Word. Today she has a strong desire to worship the Lord and minister to His people, as well as to those who have not yet had the privilege of meeting Him!

Along the way, Brenda has had twenty-plus years of rich and varied experiences in management and accounting positions, serving previously a congregation for four and a half years at a church in Rockford, Michigan, ministering to women and overseeing church operations. Her skills include leadership, organization, finance, strategizing, and motivation, with skills in oral and written communication, as well as computer and website experience.

Undertaking further studies outside of the workplace, Brenda graduated from Cornerstone University, Grand Rapids, in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ministry Leadership (Summa Cum Laude). While skilled in administration, her passion is women’s ministry. She has been a group leader for abuse recovery groups through Open Hearts Ministry, serving also as a leader for women’s retreats.

In November 2011, Brenda married Tim J. R. Trumper. ISubsequently, she has served as secretary to the Pastoral Staff and Elders at Seventh Reformed Church, Grand Rapids. At the end of May, 2017, Brenda stepped aside to become manager of From His Fullness Ministries, with particular responsibility for women’s ministry.
